This open-ended, flexible outplacement coaching support is designed to meet you where you are as you navigate the ups and downs of redundancy, from the moment of consultation, through finishing the role and searching for a new one, to stepping into a new job that is right for you. In each session, we'll respond to your current situation, using your real-time context, challenges, and successes to help you take control, work out your next steps, and move into your next chapter feeling confident and aligned. You will uncover and own your strengths and skills, clarifying who you are and what you want now, and developing the confidence and language to make the impact you want with new employers.
This package includes:
Intensive Deep Dive: At least three coaching sessions as you navigate the redundancy rollercoaster, refine your plan, address challenges, and maintain momentum.
Practical Outplacement Support: Guidance on updating your CV and LinkedIn, and interview preparation to help you confidently find your new role.
Ongoing Support: Between coaching sessions, I am available via email and voicenote to provide additional support as you put your plan into action.
Enhanced Results: Check in on your progress with sustained support and accountability.
