A positive relationship between the coach and coachee is crucial. This is a relaxed, no-strings-attached 30-minute call where we:

  • Get to know each other

  • Ask questions - you can find out everything you need to decide whether to go ahead with coaching together

  • Discuss how we could work together

  • Fundamentally, it is to check that we have a good dynamic to help you get the most out of the coaching journey

2. BOOK YOUR FIRST SESSION AND PAY

After our discovery call, you can schedule your first coaching session and complete payment for the coaching package.

If you are booking Shake and Shine: A Strategic Energy Shot, this is a one-off session.

3. BOOK YOUR REMAINING SESSIONS

Having completed payment, you will receive a link via email where you can go ahead and book the remaining sessions. You can do this as we go along or in advance, depending on how you prefer to work.

BOOKING THROUGH AN ORGANISATION?

After our Discovery Call, an invoice will be sent to the organisation. The Coachee will receive a link via email where they can schedule the sessions.
